Why did you decide to get involved in research?

Understanding clinical decision making and widening my scope of practice.

What has been your biggest challenge or barrier to being involved in research?

Balancing normal work, life and being involved in research is always a challenge!

What one piece of advice would you give other researchers who have never been involved in research before?

Always take up every opportunity, you never know where it might lead.
